It might make more sense to get an extra camera storage system, but if you just want to use this bag as a backpack there are much better options at a significantly lower price. This bag is generally unstructured except for the hard back. However, the rest is made of very thin material without any padding or other real protection. I would check carefully before buying to make sure it really is what you are looking for.
