Excellent quality, the color matches the rating and the dimensional grid is correct.

If used for a pageant if you want the full fluffy look you will need to purchase a slip skirt with rings to wear underneath as we did to give it a princess dress look. It's not a see-through material like some others have said. Very happy with this product
