WOW! What an amazing scale at such a great price! A few years ago I bought a scale that only measures weight and body fat for 4 times the price of this scale. This one gives a lot more detail! If you're easily offended by numbers, stay away from this scale. I was so sick of hearing people say "oh you're not fat" or "you look great" when I'm obviously unwell and overweight. PC culture encourages people to be happy/normal when they're lazy, eating junk food, and getting fat. Why try to be healthy when everyone says it's okay to be fat? I like this scale because it gives me the cold and hard truth about my health. And all the information out there is helping motivate me to eat better and exercise more. Seeing the numbers go down makes me feel better and it confirms that I'm making healthy eating and exercise choices. I've been using it for just under a week and it has helped me a lot to motivate myself and focus on my health. If you're like me and ready to face the cold, hard truth about your body, give it a try. For the price you can't go wrong. I have an iPhone updated to the latest OS and haven't had a single issue with the app. I hope to someday reach my weight/exercise goal so I can get to the point where I can maintain a healthy weight. And I think this scale would be perfect for health/weight maintenance because it gives you so much information that you can see where you might need to make adjustments (maybe more water intake or lifting weights for example).
