Incredibly firm, suitable for bedding

It looks like it should be very soft, but it isn't. It sinks a bit, then kind of locks into place firmly, holding your head at an awkward upward angle. Also, the pieces of shape memory foam used for the core are junk. They have some decent chunks and then some incredibly difficult chunks that border on TPU. Stay away from it and keep shopping...
