I bought this device in January 2019 mainly to emulate it on my Android tablet. I've used it many times on planes, when traveling, and when I'm at home when I need to relax. Here are my pros and cons: Cons (minor): - D-Pad is a bit blocky and sharp for my thumbs, which takes a little getting used to (joysticks are great) - Buttons can be a bit noisy - but looks cheap once the device is connected (tablet or phone), the weight seems perfect. (Note: this might not be a disadvantage as much as a design choice, making the actual controller feel lighter with the device attached.) Pros (many!): - Price - This controller is only worth the price of an Android tablet or phone. Emulation that gives you many options how you want to play, even with multiple people. - Ease of use - No Bluetooth connection issues - Responsive - Works without lag in the Android games and emulators I use - Durable - I've had it with my backpack for almost a year and nothing has broken - Charging - No batteries necessary! I've had it for almost a year and only had to charge it once via USB cable. It was fully charged quickly. - Capture + functionality. This device holds my 10 inch Android tablet in place surprisingly well. Once I've tethered the tablet, I can literally move the device around, even upside down, and it doesn't slip at all. It also holds devices very firmly and securely with one hand. - Visually appealing - whenever I pick it up at the airport or visit friends/family, I am curiously asked what the controller is and how it works. - Orientation options - I love that I can change the orientation of my device from portrait to landscape depending on what I want to play without worrying about the device falling over. If I can play with two players, I can just put my tablet on the table and use the controller as is without attaching anything to it. My final verdict: 9/10 - Overall I'm very happy with this controller. . When it comes to feeling lonely if I had to choose a controller that I enjoy using with an Android tablet, it would be the Xbox One controller, but it doesn't give me the ability to truly mobile my Android experience there to make where i can lie down and play. For this reason, I find the back of the button worthwhile (note: this is my personal preference). Also note that I am not using this device for the Nintendo Switch so I cannot comment on these aspects of the device but if you are looking for a great Bluetooth controller to connect your tablet or phone to play Android or to emulate on the go, this baby works like a charm! If you're very specific about how you want the keys to feel while playing, I don't know if you're 100% sure, but in my experience you can just get used to it.
