I was looking for "this belt" that not only holds my pants but also stays in place without slipping down. Consider the perfect level of easy stretch, stepless adjustment, and the best buckle design I've ever experienced. I am very happy with this purchase and will no doubt purchase additional straps.

- Good buckle fiction. Just a little too wide for my belt loops.

- The belt cannot be universal for all types of work
