I bought these in black for my 3 year old daughter, she is very happy with them . Black is definitely beautiful and sparkling, perfect for evening or party dresses. The shoes are soft and flexible and didn't really need a break-in period. My favorite feature is that the strap and headband are actually attached with velcro so you can unzip them for easy putting on. As a parent, I always love shoes that my kids can easily put on by themselves! Overall, they're pretty and functional - they probably won't stand up to heavy use, so we save them for special occasions.
