I bought this item and after initial trying it I rarely use it. Everything seems fine but after 1 coid-19 years (2020) when I try to use it again it works but the drum seems to die out. The picture will never be sharp and clear again. The paper looks dirty because of the toner. I keep them in a good place at all times without touching or damaging them. The drum finish doesn't appear to be as good as the original Brother drum which I kept for a year prior to EOL with no problems. .GREENCYCLE also has a 2-year guarantee. But I can't find and document a way to claim this 2 year warranty to replace a manufacturer's defect with another set of new products. I hope GREENCYCLE will see my review and provide warranty service to replace the defective product on my end.
