Better than I expected
I wasnt sure what to expect. I honestly kept the box, just in case something weird happened. Much to my surprise, we love it. I bought it for my husband because he has bad knees and had surgery. With little options to workout, I saw that this might help. He doesnt strengthening moves on this and it has helped his knees and back. I think overall it helps us both with pains and relaxing the body. Our children also use it now and then.
