The PowerHBQ Pro wireless headphones come with a charging and storage case, a USB cable, three pairs of ear tips in different sizes and a user manual. Pros: The PowerHBQ Pro wireless headphones come in a very nice package. The charging/storage case is larger than other charging cases I've seen due to the design of the earbuds. The case features a digital digital display with a green LED that shows the charge level of the headphones. The case also has magnetic connectors for charging the headphones. When you bring the earbuds close to the case, the earbuds will snap into place. A very cool feature as you don't have to fiddle around with the earbuds in your pocket to charge them. Wireless headphones are small and have wings that wrap around the top and back of your ear to secure the headphones to your ears. My wife's LG phone immediately picked up the PowerHBQ Pro. The headphones emit a nice soft voice letting you know you're connected when pairing is complete. The instruction manual that comes with the wireless headphones is very easy to read and follow. The user manual is only available in English and Chinese and describes step by step how to use and charge the wireless headphones. Using wireless headphones is very simple. Each earbud has a multifunctional power button and a volume up and down button. When you put the headphones in your ear and turn them on, you'll get a recorded message that you're connected to a paired phone. The headphones have a range of about 33 feet before turning off. To answer/hang up, simply press the multifunction button on any earbud. To reject a call, double tap one of the earbuds. So far I haven't had to use this feature. To turn off the headphones, press the multifunction button on any headphones. You can also listen to music on your phone. To play music from your phone, you need to open the app and press the multifunction button on the earbuds to play or pause the music. Press the volume up or down button to adjust the volume. It's nice to have buttons and then tab sensors with different tab functions that you remember to control the headphones exactly like other headphones, which is very confusing. The speakers are very crisp and clear, and the person on the other end will hear you just as clearly. . I'm not sure if the headphones have built-in noise cancellation and it's not listed on the box or in the instructions. Cons: Not yet, but I'll let you know when I'm using PowerHBQ Pro. I recommend these wireless headphones. They are very comfortable to wear, easy to use and have a very clear sound.
