Review on 🏭 San Jamar P7410 Mega Piece by Brendan Thorpe

Bought to portion tartar sauce in 2 ounce containers for our annual fish fry. Seven gallons of cream of tartar (mayonnaise/sweet condiments/condiments) made - empty mayo gallon containers filled and pumped out. One of the included lids fits perfectly. Pros: Pumping was effortless. The pump handled the thick and thick sauce very well. Cons: As others have complained, the included extension tube is too short for standard gallon containers. Also, the screw connection between the top part (pump) and the hose in the reservoir has loosened during use - if we don't stop tightening it every now and then it will come loose. If there were one or two more "turns" of threads, it would be more stable. We bought one this year as an experiment, we will be ordering a few more for next year's event. We will look for a food replacement to replace the extension tube.
