my first DSLR, if it had an interval shooting mode, I would not change it to the D7000, but rather buy a good lens. a very good and reliable camera that took more than 60 thousand photos and was presented to my sister, after which it still works, although it fell from the level of the table to the floor (accidentally). Pros: small and compact, excellent photos (I shot 6 weddings and earned money on the d7000)) a very good regular whale lens. Some cons: not a comfortable grip, the feeling that the camera is slipping out of your hand, the canon has a better grip, but the ergonomics of its menu are annoying for some reason, so I put up with it and didn’t spoil my nerves, because there are more pluses))
