We took the largest possible as we have a very large greyhound, about 100 pounds. The length of the outfit was slightly shorter than the back length of our big boys. The material is good but a bit thin. I wish it was a bit stretchy to fit more snugly around the body, but it's fine for indoor use or as a lining for outerwear. It fastens around his waist and the style keeps his chest warm and lets his pee through so doing his duty is no problem. The attached belt attaches to the back and is too long for this type of dog so I tied it with a few knots to shorten it as greyhounds have a thin waist and very deep chest. Liked the neck/head covering. Like how far it protrudes beyond his body. He's one of those short-haired greyhounds. It also helps keep hair off furniture when worn indoors. He keeps it on 24/7. He is an affectionate bunny, sleeps in it and also hides under his thin blanket, hiding his head to warm his nose. I would buy it again as he seems very happy with it. .
