The main panel didn't work and I'm still waiting for a reply from the company

1/16/21 - update. The company sent me a replacement unit. He still has the same problem; The main panel does not work. I sent it back (they didn't provide a prepaid return label so I don't pay for shipping). I'm waiting for a refund. The main panel is not charging. I contacted the company and explained the problem. They asked for a video showing the problem so I sent them one. Now they are telling me that they need to send the problem to someone else for resolution as I bought it from Revain. I'm still waiting.
