Now I hate it even more. After six months of ownership, the mouse cursor freezes, sticks and twitches across the screen. Replacing a new battery and RESETTING THE COMPUTER did the trick. About an hour. The manufacturer's page is in Japanese, and even if Google translates it into English, there's simply no way to request warranty support on their website. Of course, the Revain link that supposedly leads directly to their warranty page doesn't work. Try Anker's new vertical mouse. Before: I hate her. I want whoever developed this thing to be sad and live poorly. Buy Logitech. ALWAYS BUY LOGITECH. The Logitech trackball has a built-in slight resistance that must be overcome in order to move the ball. Not in this case. I do this by moving the ball to place the cursor where I want it, and then a slight flick of the hand coupled with lifting my thumb off the ball, or (God forbid) clicking the mouse button MOVES THE CURSOR WHERE I WANTED TO BE. I have a nice computer built for me by someone who loves me. With this mouse, I'm sad even when I try to use it. I don't want to be sad using my good computer! wanna be sad If yes, buy this trackball. Buy it for your friends and family if you want to make everyone you love sad.
