I bought this screen protector for my D850 and D500. There are so many options for this type of item on the market that it was difficult to choose what I felt was the best option. What drew me to this particular item was the 9H hardness rating, tempered glass over any plastic composition, and a kit that includes all the parts for three attempts at a perfect bubble-free installation. Each screen protector is well made with slightly rounded edges and comes with an easy to remove back cover for the side that rests on the camera screen. I've never been good at putting on screen protectors, but I put them on both of my cameras in one go, with no bubbles and with the right placement! Yes, there is a small gap, maybe 0.5mm on either side, between the edge of the protector and the edge of the camera body's built-in LCD, but this is normal and necessary. This provides a small margin of error to ensure consistency as there can be differences between different cameras. The gap isn't big enough to worry about. It doesn't detract from the usability of the touchscreen in the slightest, and I like how it ensures the LCD screen has a smooth surface finish with the surrounding camera body. This is precisely the thickness that ensures a smooth transition from the camera body to the front of the LCD screen. I'm so happy with them that I've bought a spare set for future use in case I break the ones on my cameras!
