First of all, this product is just what I was looking for. Easy to use & long lasting! Also, the customer service is phenomenal. The color I first purchased was a little lighter than I wanted so I contacted customer service and within 4 days, they sent me a new color (free of charge and no questions asked). The representative that I’ve been dealing with is named Ida and they’ve done such a wonderful job helping me out. She’s been great following up to make sure I received the product and to see if I have any questions. They even sent me a gift for supporting their small business! It’s hard to find good customer service these days so I highly recommend this company and their products! 🥰
