This is a pretty good bag with a few quality issues but bearable. This bag fits an 18.5 inch Alienware M18 laptop, but it is very narrow. The material is comfortable enough and seems good enough to last quite a while. Right now the shoulder strap is pretty strong and the carry handles are good. I don't care the direction of the zippers for the 2 (side by side pockets) as they can open and things can fall out; I prefer to have them open when unzipping them, which would give more security that items won't just fall out when you access the pockets. Apart from these few flaws, I really like this bag. It's lightweight and durable. Enjoy.
