These are overpriced. You should be able to buy the large size without the other two, but of course they don't offer it that way. Instead, you'll have to spend more to get a few other unusually large containers that you don't really need. Worst of all, when you wash the lids in the dishwasher or in the sink, water gets on them. The company says in the Q&A that you just pick up the pen and leave it and it will dry in a day, but that's not true. It took several days to shake and open the lid to fill with air and pour out the water. I can see it getting moldy - definitely not what I want with dry stored foods. I do not recommend this. I only keep them because they fit in my short closets. If I had searched more closely, I probably would have found something better.
