Review on 💋 Splendora Sugar Lip Scrub - 0.7 oz by Shannon Young

If I knew that this product is made in China, where by law the cosmetics sold there have to be tested on animals, I wouldn't buy it. But I didn't see it anywhere on the product page. I try to avoid products made there because I don't agree with them. Other than that, it's a decent but not great lip scrub. Good luck getting a pea-sized amount on your lips because it's so crumbly you'll lose most of it along the way. Or at least I did. It exfoliates fairly well but didn't completely get rid of the roughness on my winter chapped lips. Although it helped smooth them out. It smells nice, but I'm definitely not going to finish the leftovers like the instructions say. In the current listing, this seems a bit overpriced for something that's basically coarse sugar with a little butter thrown in for good measure.
