I bought these to use with a small speaker/transmitter that I carried on a cord while touring Israel. They kept falling out of my ear. To be honest I could only wear one ear to hear what was going on around me. With every movement of my head to the right or left, a piece fell out. A little bit frustrating. I have small ears but thought I ordered the smallest ones. They seemed to fit well, but I just couldn't turn my head or the weighted cord (it was dangling around my neck) would cause the earpiece to fall out of my ears. I even tried setting both, but that didn't work for me either. I haven't tried it with my cellphone yet. They'll probably do just fine if they don't move. The sound quality was really good.
