This toothbrush looks cool. As far as the cleanliness of the teeth is concerned, I didn't notice anything special, unlike other brushes. The head is easy to replace and you get an extra one. So if you follow the dentist's recommendations, this starter will last for a year. I haven't seen any additional replacement heads offered by Revain, but there might be some. However, unless the cost of the heads is minimal, this makes the system quite expensive. This is the first non-electric interchangeable head system I've come across. Hope this works for many people.
