Works perfectly. I needed a headset at work, but I needed an easy disconnect to be able to move away from my desk to restrain a naughty chihuahua (admit they think they're mastiffs) or pull out charts, etc. It is ok, The RJ9 to plug into my headset and the jack on my phone are the same size. Just wondering why I didn't order that and a headset a few months ago! My neck and shoulder are happy now!
