Takeya is a good brand of insulated water bottles. I have 32 ounces. The water bottle is turquoise and I really liked it so I added 24 oz. Cobalt shaker in my collection. You can see how these two bottles compare and differ from each other in my photos. This shaker has a narrower base so it fits in my car cup holder, which was my biggest complaint about the 32-ounce bottle. water bottle. It also has a much wider mouth, which is handy for neatly pouring protein shakes from a blender into a bottle. The insulation works well and my cold drinks don't get hot even after hours of use. The included plastic shaker seems to allow for mixing, but I only add it when I have a really gritty powder that needs frequent stirring. Other than that, I don't usually add plastic to my drink. I'm missing two things in this 32 ounce bottle. The water version has: 1. A rubber base that prevents rattling if you place it too hard on a table or counter; 2. Rubberized grip around the lid to hold it when your hands are wet when unscrewing the lid. It's a real shame this one doesn't have that, especially with the big flap because the lid is harder to turn with my small hands anyway. If so, it would be perfect! Whatever the case, this is still a great bottle for the money.
