I like that it is easy to understand how each step of their process works, as well as having all required documentation for approval purposes in one place (and not scattered around).

It would be nice if they had more customization options available when creating new cases/tasks which are outside what's listed out there already - however this may just mean you need additional support or training from them! Definitely check these guys out before deciding between other similar products with better reviews elsewhere online. We've used several different task management systems previously but could never find an application we liked enough until now where everything was so organized by case number rather than project code etc.. This has been great because our teams have started using sensibledocs much easier since then instead of searching through multiple documents looking up info about projects vs tasks within those projects.
