I wanted to buy cheap garden shoes. Focus on cheapness. I have a pair of gardening shoes. I've thought about buying boots, but I hate heavy, clunky shoes. I ride better with lighter shoes (MS/spring foot). So. Bought these. I wear a 9 or 9 1/2 depending on the manufacturer. I bought 8.5-9.5 and it fit like a glove. I was afraid they would slip off but they are really snug. I bought the black green which actually looks more like a neon lime. They get dirty quickly, but are machine washable. I let them air dry. I bought a second pair in black as the neon green will surely get dirty over time. The floor has a good profile and I don't have any problems with slipping. The profile isn't that deep, so it doesn't collect too much dirt. I get a lot of support for this and it's a garden dream. (I have several Mary Janes from the same company and I really like them, that's what led me to these).
