Results: - phone with Samsung Health counted 201 steps (!) - Band 4 counted 190 steps - Band 4 Pro counted 193 steps Deviation within 5% is normal. But warming up before training, he made two dozen swings with his hands - the bracelet threw on 150 steps at once! heart rate monitor Compared with the chest sensor Sigma. With average heart rates (~ 110-130 beats / min), the bracelet overestimated somewhere within 2-5 beats. I didn’t try it at higher pulses, but as a rule, all devices with optical sensors shamelessly lie. Band 4 Pro turned up for me at the price of a regular Band 4, while in black the Pro is prettier for my taste, so 2490. For him, I think the price is quite reasonable.
