This is a high performance material, not cotton so it depends on what you are looking for. It does a great job, but it's pretty small and doesn't stretch very much. Of course, I have a pretty big head, so I think that's why it hardly fits me. Hand wash this, never put it in the washer or dryer as the Nike logo will come off. I accidentally put mine in the washing machine and luckily only the ends started to peel off and I just used glue to tape the edges back (laughs) but please don't machine wash! All in all it was a cute product, get it if you have a smaller head and care about the Nike logo, otherwise I'd go for the cheaper and stretchier ones next time.
