I love that you can adjust the firmness and thickness by combining different pillow options. It's perfect for my lower back which I need when riding to round that part forward. Others I've tried were so big that they either pushed my butt or my upper back forward. It kept slipping off my seat to be behind my butt and not in my lower back, then it was difficult to get it back in place while it was secured, so I stopped securing it to the seat. The clip is plastic so it doesn't look like it will last long. If it's been done and unzipped many times but I don't really use it as I just put it where I need it when I get in the car and it works for me.
