This razor has all the hallmarks of being manufactured abroad, probably in Pakistan. Not at all ready to shave. Sharpened and strapped in place, but still not sharp enough to even shave off the hair on his arm. A bolt protruding through brass nuts will require a file to remove burrs. Heavy and bad balance.
