We are completing our second bathroom renovation and have opted for a more modern mirror that has light but is attractive enough not to break the bank. A 3 pin cord that can be powered directly from a wall outlet or of course if you are a qualified electrician it can be plugged in however you like. It can also be installed vertically or horizontally. This device uses the Z-Clip or another name for the French Cleat and has a very slim profile but is strong considering it's made of aluminum. It has two in the back and you get an extra short piece, but I took one of the medium-length ones in the back to hang to see how it looks on this wall. The buttons for the backlight and heater are flush and in the mirror itself, which is touch sensitive. The light is bright enough but not dazzling. It is pure white color 4500-5000K. I haven't tested the heating function, but it helps when our mirror fogs up when we're showering or bathing. The quality of the mirror is amazing. It was well packaged and a bit heavy so please be careful when handling and installing the item. Otherwise we are looking forward to installing this in our new bathroom!
