These are really cute little cubes, but they are a lot smaller than they appear in the photos. To give you an idea, the front of each block is only 2 inches wide. They are made of a rubberized material similar to silicone. The only downside to this type of material is that it attracts dust and dirt. On the other hand, they can be easily washed. That being said, these blocks are great for anyone looking to teach their little ones. There are shapes, numbers, animals and a few math symbols. They add up, but not always easily. These blocks are pretty versatile in the sense that they can be assembled through matching shapes. For example, a raised triangle can be inserted into a recessed one. Very original design! Small transport toys, two airplanes, a rocket, a ship, a car and a submarine are small enough to be hand-held. Each block and toy can squeak when pressed. There is no tweeter, but a design.
