I bought the size 12. I am a 36 C. I was too big but I was able to make it fit by taking one and one half inches out of the back and moving the clips over (I sew, so this was no problem for me). I would say this would fit a 38 B/C/D women. Too bad it is not made with some adjustment possibilities because otherwise it is exactly what I wanted.
