This is an amazing product. I bought one for myself, my husband works out of state, he got one, and my daughter and son in law live out of state and they have one too! All three of us can get a call each, the picture is so clear, so much better than FaceTime. Doesn't freeze or shut down, and this 62-year-old woman was able to figure out how to set it up and use it. I'm by no means an IT leaner, but this was easy and coming from someone like me, which says a lot about how user-friendly it is. Highly recommend this if you have loved ones you don't see in person often.
