I initially received this skirt without a hem, only the hem has been serged to prevent fraying. I felt it didn't look finished and was unhappy with it and sent it back and gave a bad review. The owners of the company contacted me and provided me with a lined bed skirt. I'm happy with the new one, it looks a lot more professional and finished, and I'm glad it's 12 inches high and not the typical 14 inches that is too long for our beds. I appreciate the company's timely attempt to contact me. When I followed the instructions to return this item I was unable to contact the company myself to verify that I received the unfinished item, went through quality control and requested an exchange. So I just made a return. I'm glad this company took the time to contact me.
