The fabric on these shorts is amazing - it's buttery soft and quite stretchy. I use them for tennis and despite all the movement on the tennis court and balls under my feet, they don't roll around my hips or legs. The fact that I bought 5 pairs shows that I'm a fan of theirs. The reason for the three stars and not five stars, however, is the completely inappropriate size. As you can see from the photos, although all five were purchased the same size, no two sizes are actually the same in terms of waist or leg length. The blacks are the tallest, while the greens are four inches narrower at the waist (the rest fall somewhere in between as shown in the pictures). As in the second picture, the length of the legs is patchy and doesn't match the patchy waist. Sizing (e.g. the green waist is the narrowest waist but has the longest legs.) I think part of the problem is that they are repackaged before shipping - they come in nice individual zipped bags with a rectangular sticker on them , which indicates the size; However, if you remove the rectangular sticker, a circular sticker will appear underneath it, showing a different size. I will buy another black pair and update this review if the colors are at least the same size.
