Ordered this item as a Christmas present, when opened for Christmas it broke and wouldn't even turn on! I threw away the batteries and it still won't turn on. went through the return process and ordered another one, same thing. didn't even turn on. Went through the return process AGAIN and ordered a 3rd after speaking to a Pyle customer service rep. The representative promised to check the quality of the goods this time before shipping them directly from their warehouse to guarantee a working device, and lo and behold. another broken clock that won't even turn on! Super ticked this off to say the least and WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO BUY THIS PRODUCT OR OTHER PYLE PRODUCTS IN GENERAL! This company should seriously consider renaming their brand PYLE of S*** because that's what they sell.
