Sometimes you can't keep what you paid for.
Works great, lid fits perfectly. The only thing I would like better is the real wood print on the mug. It will fade a little after washing with dish soap and warm water. I bought it for a friend who works as a paramedic, I can't wash it as often as I would like. So never wash. I would say that in the last 9-12 months the outside has been washed maybe 5-7 times. So I have a feeling it shouldn't come already. Other than that, this is a great product. But since I mainly paid for the real tree's name and stamp, you'd think it would take a long time lol.
