Love these. In particular, flame-shaped bulbs with the right base are hard to find. I would also like to find Wi-Fi to work with Alexa. They flicker like a flame, but if you use them outside of a flashlight and look at them, you might notice individual LEDs turning on and off, creating an upward flickering similar to a flame. as close as possible without the actual flame. And the effect of not looking directly at them is realistic enough that I try not to leave them on at night with the curtains drawn and no other lights on, lest the neighbors be tempted to call the fire department. On a lantern without transparent glass, this would look extremely realistic. However, I use them where directly visible in the candlesticks above my fireplace and enjoy them - the shimmer and color create a beautiful effect. I wish I could dim them every once in a while, but real candles don't dim. You can get a little carried away with the technology. When they run out I will buy them again.
