Not true to size. Non-refundable if returned to UPS

Do not know what happened, but not happy! Returned this along with my mum and I bought as the size is way off! But I only have one! NOT BOTH! Of course there is no way to prove it because I left it with UPS. The style was cute...but didn't fit the size and I didn't receive my full refund.
