Quality is not good for portable audio/video device

Nice looking device but poor quality. Out of the box, the CD player worked until the fifth song and then stopped. Thought it might be the record. I put another one in, at first I couldn't get it to work, but then it worked as it should. The sound was fine. Tried playing cassettes. The player made clicks. Insert another cassette, same sound. I took out the cassettes and pressed play. Noise from the tape recorder. Time to send it back!
