It was packed in a thin box. Everything was packaged nicely and securely. I took out all the parts and a few screws came in a small package. Installation was VERY EASY. My opinion is that a 10 year old kid can pick it up. It comes with everything you need to assemble the product. Assembling the entire stool probably took less than 10 minutes. The only downside I don't like is that the screws are silver and the whole stool is white. You could provide white screws or white stickers to cover the screw locations. The stool is the perfect height and even looks classy (decorative) in my bathroom. I've had this item for a few months now and I love it. It fits perfectly under the toilet and doesn't get in the way. It's durable and light enough to slip out from under the toilet and slide back in when you're done. I'm 6ft 2215cm and he's holding up really well.
