UPDATED REVIEW (8/19): I've been ordering this junk for a few years, apparently they changed the fineness of the powder. It used to be a very, very fine powder that mixed easily with liquid, but the last batch I received was much larger. Unfortunately, it's pretty intense now. It's difficult to drink because it feels like it's getting stuck in my throat and making me cough. I don't know what happened or if it's an outlier, but I need to change the product if it's something new. It might be a bit easier to mix evenly now (very fine powder sometimes clumps), but I can hardly swallow it because it's a lot grainy now. Too bad I liked this product! Mixes really well even though I use a shaker. The powder is very fine unlike many others I've tried. If you just use a spoon or something else you will still have lumps. I like that it's unflavored and almost entirely protein. What's the point of buying a giant vat of protein powder if it's full of fillers, sugar and other junk? And that's one of the reasons why this scent is so good and blends so well. No foreign ingredients. The serving size is 30g and I found that you really have to wrap it up or fold the scoop down to get 30g (by my standards). Just a note if you really count grams. A small issue I found is the packaging sucks. I don't mind a bag that saves space (compared to a giant bloated plastic tub) but it doesn't stand up on its own and even pushes the bottom of the bag apart. My bag tipped over the first time I poured the measuring spoon into the bottle, but luckily it fell onto the counter and I was able to wipe up the spill and put it back in my bag. Also, the zipper doesn't work at all. It was downright frustrating. Solution: I purchased this item: OXO Good Grips Airtight Round POP Canister (3.0 Qt) to store it. It's the perfect size for the contents of this bag and is also airtight to prevent moisture build-up.
