I was recently diagnosed with skin cancer on my face and had surgery. I am not allowed to apply sunscreen to the surgical area, but I must cover myself and protect myself from the sun. I decided to buy it because it's beautiful and I'm already striking with a scar on my face, so why not be unique. The umbrella is very pretty and covers, but it's smaller than expected and definitely more fragile. The handle had already come loose, but could be screwed back on. The tips that hold the umbrella open are very flimsy, and double folding isn't particularly user-friendly - you have to take your time and be slow and methodical about folding and unfolding or it will break or fold incorrectly. In general I like my umbrella but if I had known it was so fragile and smaller than I needed I would have ordered another one.
