Connected to a computer running Windows 7. Downloaded software and add-ons for Microsoft Word. Converts a Word document to use Notepad for signing, saving tons of paper. It also allowed the team to go to the resident and get their signature at the bedside, which is very helpful. We can digitally upload the contract to our medical record. Before that we printed out a 150-200 page document that we signed and we had to scan it on a copier. This allowed me to skip most of the step and save money on document printing. The Topaz website has instructions on how to use the add-ons. Easy to install and get started.
