Great for LS Swap where the OEM tach doesn't work
This made my 1990 tach work with a 2001 LS1 tach signal from the PCM. The Bluetooth setup made the task easier. You can watch the settings change with a touch of your finger right before your eyes until you get the result you want. You can adjust the number of cylinders (numbers may not make sense, but keep playing with different combinations of cylinders to get what you want) and then you can fine-tune the output to the tachometer to make it work perfectly. The instruction manual was a little confusing, but all you need is the Dakota Digital Accessories app on your phone and things become easy. Very satisfied! Nothing I did worked. The pull up resistor fix you see online didn't work for me at all.
