I like that it has many different features for your business, but not so much as to be overwhelming! It helped my husband's small accounting firm grow in revenue from $0 per month in 2011-2012 to over $10k/month by 2016 with just 2 employees using the software full time (he is one of them). The support was terrible at first - very slow response times. But after several emails back & forth they started responding quicker than I would expect an actual customer service office would have done during this same timeframe. Their website needs some work though still fairly easy to use if you know what version you're looking for. If a user can look up how old their site or account is then there should no problems finding the right page / feature. Try out all versions before making any large purchases.
