Review on πŸ‘œ Sak Esperato Women's Handbags & Wallets - Navy Nylon Crossbody by Teresa Jones

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Perfect size for women

I bought this bag because I needed a medium sized shoulder bag for a weekend trip. I've been eyeing Baggallini bags, but they're either too big or too small - they don't have good options for medium sizes. I wanted something big enough for my sunglass case, paperback, hand sanitizer, mask, etc., but not so big that I felt like I was lugging around a piece of luggage. This bag is the perfect size. I also appreciated the external zipped pockets (one on the back, two on the front). Great for my lip balm, loose change, iPod Nano and headphones. The bottom is pleated and wide enough to be roomy but not so wide that it doesn't lie well on my side. The nylon material feels durable and wipes clean easily when needed. When the bag arrived, the leather loops on the side creaked loudly against the metal O-rings. But I sprinkled some baby powder on a cotton swab and used it to coat the inside of the leather loops and it hasn't squeaked since. The strap is just a soft webbing with gray stitching down the middle. The strap is comfortable and wide enough not to dig into your shoulder. The padded webbing attracts pet hair, but the quick action of the lint roller takes care of that. My only real downside (and the reason for 4 stars over 5) is that I would have preferred the shoulder strap to be fully extended. 1/2 to 1 inch longer. But it worked out well in the end - and while I originally planned it just as a travel wallet, I liked it so much that it's now becoming my everyday bag.
