Seems to be working fine.

Installed on my 2009 VW Beetle. It took me a while to get the old one off and tried not to hack it if it didn't fit. Well, it banged. Later read a review of another brand and the guy offered to open a can of paint to remove it. I see it works fine. Otherwise just clean and plug in again. Make sure it snaps to all clips. This requires even pressure. Remember that you are dealing with plastic and things can break. don't hit him There are several good installation videos on YouTube.
