Worked once

These headphones are disappointing. Worked once, then stopped working. After trying them on other devices it turned out they wouldn't work so I sent them back for a refund. First thing I noticed was that the USB plug was having trouble connecting to my devices, this may have been a clue. I have since purchased other headphones and they work great on my devices.
